Two Doors Swing Open
The Double Door Gift Box has two doors. They swing outward like a cabinet. The product sits in the center. When the doors open, the product is fully visible from the front. This is great for retail counters and displays.
Precise Door Alignment
The doors must open smoothly. We use fabric or metal hinges. The hinges must be placed exactly. We position them with a jig. The tolerance is ±0.5mm. The doors must close flush with each other. There should be no gap. We check the gap on every box. The maximum gap is 0.5mm.
Separate Branding on Each Door
Each door can be finished differently. You can put a different message or logo on each side. This doubles your branding space. We do foil stamping, embossing, and printing on each door.
Interior Options
Inside, we fit EVA foam, velvet, or sponge. The product sits in the center. We can also add shelves or multiple levels for sets.
Applications
This box is used for spirits, tea, electronics, and corporate gifts. The cabinet-style opening suits products that benefit from a wide, unobstructed view.

Quality Control for Doors
We inspect every Double Door Gift Box. The doors must open and close smoothly. We test the hinge alignment. The doors must close flush. Any box with misaligned doors is rejected.
