Two Drawers, Two Products
The Double Drawer Gift Box has two drawers. They can be side by side or stacked. Each drawer holds a separate product. This is useful for gift sets with two items. For example, a skincare set with day cream and night cream. Or a tea set with tea and a tea infuser.
Matching Drawers
Both drawers must be identical in size and action. We cut both drawers from the same template. The tolerance is ±0.3mm. The sliding action must also match. A drawer that slides differently from the other feels inconsistent. We test both drawers on every box.
Independent Opening
Each drawer opens independently. The user can open one drawer without opening the other. This allows access in stages. It adds to the unboxing experience.
Finishing and Interior
Surface finishes include foil stamping, embossing, UV, and lamination. Each drawer front can be finished differently. Inside, we customise the interiors separately. One drawer can have EVA foam, the other velvet.
Applications
This box is used for skincare sets, spirits sets, tea sets, and corporate gifts. The two drawers suit products sold as a pair.

Quality Control for Double Drawers
We inspect both drawers on every box. The drawers must slide smoothly and match each other. We check the dimensions against each other. Any box with mismatched drawers is rejected.
