Round Box for Rolled or Tubular Products

This box is a cylinder. It is used for posters, maps, wine, candles, or premium snacks. The round shape is distinctive and elegant.

Cylinder Forming

We roll greyboard into a tube. The seam is glued flat and smooth. The ends are cut square. The lid is a separate disc that fits snugly.

Lid Fit

The lid must be tight enough not to fall off, but loose enough to remove easily. We control the diameter precisely. The tolerance is within 0.5mm.

Surface Decoration

We wrap the cylinder with specialty paper or print directly. Foil stamping and embossing can be applied. A ribbon or label can be added around the cylinder.

Interior

Inside, we place a foam or cardboard insert that matches the product shape. For a wine bottle, a foam cylinder. For a poster, a central tube.

Applications

Wine, spirits, art prints, candles, and gourmet foods.
