This box is designed to be folded flat. The user folds it along crease lines. No glue or tools needed. It saves storage and shipping space.
Crease Quality
We use precise scoring. The crease must be deep enough to fold easily but not too deep to crack. We have tested many board thicknesses. The fold line lasts for multiple openings.

Compression Ratio
The flat box takes about 1/4 to 1/5 of the assembled volume. This lowers freight costs significantly.

Assembly
The user just pushes the sides up and tucks in the flaps. It takes a few seconds. Our instructions are simple.
