This box has a lifting mechanism. When you open the lid, the inner tray rises slowly. The product lifts up and presents itself. This creates a "wow" effect. It is used for jewelry, watches, and premium gifts.

Spring Mechanism

We use a precision spring or elastic cord. The spring is hidden under the tray. The lift height is calculated based on the product size. The movement is smooth and controlled. It does not snap up or get stuck. Our R&D team has tested many spring tensions.

Construction

The box is made of greyboard. The mechanism is fitted inside the base. The tray is attached to the spring. We reinforce the base to hold the spring securely. The lid is hinged or separate, depending on design.

Finishing and Materials

You can have any surface finish. Foil stamping, embossing, lamination, and specialty papers. The tray can be covered with velvet or flocking. The product sits in a cutout on the tray.

We adjust the lift height to your product. We also design the tray cutout to your shape. The lid can be a simple lift-off or a hinged flip. We offer free structural advice.
