This box has a lid that flips upward from the back. A magnet holds it closed. When you lift the lid, it stays open. The magnet gives a firm click when closing. This action feels premium and satisfying.

Magnet Placement and Strength

We embed neodymium magnets inside the board. The magnet is invisible from the outside. We test the pull force for each box size. A small box needs less force. A large box needs more. The lid should not fly open, nor should it be hard to lift. Our R&D team has found the right balance for each dimension.

Hinge Construction

The hinge connects the lid to the base. We use strong fabric or Oxford cloth. The hinge must withstand many openings. We test it for 200 cycles. No tearing or loosening occurs. The hinge is glued with a special adhesive that stays flexible.

Surface and Decoration

You can choose from many finishes. We offer hot foil stamping (gold, silver, custom colors), embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte or gloss lamination. Surface papers include textured, soft-touch, and metallic. The lid front can carry your logo or a decorative pattern.

Interior Options

Inside, we can fit EVA foam cutouts, velvet, flocking, or sponge. The interior is made to match your product. For a watch, we cut a recess. For a perfume bottle, we shape a cradle. The product stays secure.

Quality Checks

We test every magnet for correct pull force. The hinge is inspected for alignment. The lid must close flush. Any box with a weak magnet or crooked hinge is rejected.
