A Lid That Opens Forward

This box has a lid that flips forward, toward the user. When open, the lid lies flat in front. The product is fully visible. This is great for counter displays. Customers can see the product without picking up the box.

Vertical Lid Support

The lid must stay upright when open. It should not fall backward. We add a reinforced spine and a support structure inside the hinge. The board thickness is increased for the lid. This prevents sagging. We test each box to ensure the lid holds its angle.

Hinge and Assembly

We use a heavy-duty fabric hinge. The hinge is positioned with a jig to ensure exact placement. The lid opens to about 90 degrees. Some customers ask for a different angle. We can adjust that.

Finishing and Branding

The front face is a prime spot for branding. We do large-area foil stamping or UV printing. You can put your logo, product name, or a message. The surface materials include textured paper, soft-touch, and synthetic leather. We handle all finishing in-house.

Interior Design

Inside the box, we create a stepped display or cutout for your product. For a pen set, we cut grooves. For a perfume bottle, we make a shaped recess. The interior can be lined with velvet or flocking.
