The Lid That Stays Attached
The Hinged Lid and Base Gift Box keeps the lid connected to the base. The lid opens like a book. It does not separate. This solves a common problem: losing the lid. The hinge also allows one-handed opening. This is useful for retail displays where boxes are opened many times.
Strong Hinge Construction
We use a high-strength fabric for the hinge. Oxford cloth is a common choice. The hinge must survive repeated use. We test it for 100 openings and closings. The hinge stays flat and secure. We also use a special adhesive that stays flexible. It does not harden or crack.
Our R&D team tested many hinge materials and glue formulas. The winning combination gives a smooth open-and-close action. The lid does not pull away from the base. We position the hinge by hand during assembly. We hold it within 0.5mm accuracy.
Surface and Interior
The surface finishes are the same as our standard Lid and Base Box. We offer foil stamping, embossing, UV, and lamination. Specialty papers and soft-touch films are available. The interior can be lined with velvet, flocking, or EVA foam. We custom-cut the foam to hold your product.
Applications
This box works well for products opened frequently. Skincare sets, jewelry boxes, and corporate gifts are common. The attached lid keeps the presentation tidy.

Quality Checks for the Hinge
We inspect every hinge. The hinge must lie flat when the lid is closed. There must be no bump on the outside. We also test the opening force. The lid should open smoothly, not too tight or too loose. If the hinge is misaligned, we reject the box.
